Birthday card

 Hello and welcome to my blog. It's been a long time since I posted a card. I've had a hard time at home during this year. But now I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hace mucho que no escribía nada en el blog. Ha sido un poco raro y difícil este año. Pero ahora parece que ya empiezo a ver la luz al final del tunel.

Today's card is a birthday card. I used a ollographic paper for the backgroud, and I love it.

La tarjeta de hoy es una tarjeta de cumpleaños. Utilicé un papel holográfico, y me encanta.

Then I used a colourful pattern paper and a plain yellow paper. I wrote Felicidades in big letters and that was all.

Luego utilicé un trozo de papel decorado de colores y otro amarillo. Escribí Felicidades con letras grandes, y ya está.

Celebrating the Card Chain Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I'm writing for the firs time since April. I haven't made any card for months. I've been doing other crafty things, but not cards.
In this post I'm going to include some of the cards I've made over the years for the CCC. They are celebrating 3.000 cards exchanged all over the planet. And I am part of it.
I started participating in the exchange in October 2014. I have all the cards and envelopes I've been receiving all these years. I've been participating in the CCC since then. But I stopped this March due to the Coronavirus. So I've sent and received 59 cards.

I haven't found a photograph of the first card, but I sent it to Gail in Norway and I received one from Arlene McClung in California. This is her card.

To celebrate the date, there are different games in the CCC page, and the second one is the favourite card I have sent. I think I have a few, but here I have the ones I prefer.

I sent this to Vickie in IN in October 2015.

I sent this to Jane in the UK in June 2016.

I sent this to Linda in MI in March 2019.

And I sent this to Jo in the UK in October 2019.

The fourth game is the favourite card I have received. I have three of my favourites here.

This is from Robin in Australia. She sent it to me in April 2017.

This is from LaVon in Illinois. I received it in July 2017.

And this is from Janet Ribet in Mauritius, in January 2019.

So I think I will go on participating in the CCC as soon as the situation gets better here and in the rest of the world, because I love waiting for the card to arrive, and making a card for someone who is going to appreciate it.

Spring flowers

Hello and welcome to my blog. It has been a long time since I posted here. These are hard times here in Spain. We are at home, working remotely and getting bored. So I decided I have to create something pretty and post it.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hace mucho que no publico nada. Son tiempos difíciles y complicados aquí en España. Estamos en casa, trabajando remotamente y aburriéndonos. Así que decidí que tenía que crear algo bonito y publicarlo aquí.

This is today's card. It is a bunch of flowers. I watercoloured them. I practice a little bit, and then, I made them.

Esta es la tarjeta de hoy. Es un ramo de flores. Las he hecho con acuarela. Practiqué un poco, y me decidí a hacerla. 

I also made a second card. I used a different type of flower. And added a stipe of pink paper and a patterned paper.

También hice una segunda tarjeta utilizando otro tipo de flor. Luego añadí una tira rosa y otra de un papel decorado.

I participate in these two challenges with the first card.

Con la primera tarjeta participo en estos dos retos.

Is it a Christmas card??

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a Christmas card. I know that we are in February, but I have a good reason. This card is part of a challenge, The Christmas Kickstart Challenge. I think this is fun to make Christmas card all over the year.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy tengo una tarjeta navideña. Sí, ya sé que estamos en febrero, pero hay una buena razón. Esta tarjeta es parte de un reto, The Christmas Kickstart Challenge. Creo que es divertido hace tarjetas navideñas durante todo el año, y de eso va ese blog.

The challenge is about RED. The paper I used is red with a shiny finished, and it is a bit difficult to apreciate in the photograph. It looks more like orange with the sun. Then I used a lot of leaves to make a wreath and added the bow and the seeds.

El reto va sobre el color rojo. El papel que he usado es un rojo con un acabado brillante, y es un poco dificil de apreciar en la fotografía. Parece más naranja con el sol. Luego utilicé un montón de hojas para hacer el círculo, puse un lazo y las semillitas.

Winter landscape card.

Happy New Year 2020!!!                     ¡¡¡Feliz Año Nuevo 2020!!!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a winter card. I have a new stamp set, and I love the trees in it. I've made a few cards with this stamp, but this is the one I like best.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy traigo una tarjeta invernal. Tengo unos sellos nuevos, y me encantan los árboles que hay. He hecho unas cuantas tarjetas con ellos, pero esta es la que más me ha gustado.

Using a big circle die I masked the centre of the card, and I inked the background. Then I stamped the trees.

Utilicé un círculo grande para tapar el centro de la tarjeta, y luego usé tintas para hacer el fondo. Por último usé el sello de los árboles.

Then I added the sentiment with a little pearl. And I used my wink of stella brush pen to add shine to the sun.

Luego puse la etiqueta con el mensaje y una pequeña perla. Por último utilicé mi wink of stella para añadir un poco de brillo al sol.
