Flowers in a card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have flowers everywhere. I made two cards from the same patterned paper. I made them for my two nieces.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy hay flores por todas partes. Hice dos tarjetas con el mismo papel decorado. Las hice para mis dos sobrinas.

I just cut the paper in the corner and added a pink bow. Then I glued some coloured gems.

Corté una esquina del papel y le puse un lazo rosa. Luego pegué unas cuantas gemas de colores.

For the second card I used the same patterned paper but I used a different one on top. Then I put a stripe of plain cardstock with a border and a piece of silver tape. I also added colour gems.

Para la segunda tarjeta usé el mismo papel decorado, pero le puse otro diferente arriba. Luego puse otra cartulina lisa con un borde bonito y una tira de cinta plateada. También el añadí unas gemas de colores.

I'm back and a challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog. I've been very busy lately, so I haven't participated in any challenge. But now I have some time to do more things, and here I am. Today I have a card to participate in the CASology challenge.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. He estado bastante ocupada últimamente, así que no he podido participar en ningún reto. Pero ahora tengo algo más de tiempo y aquí estoy. Hoy tengo una tarjeta para participar en el reto de CASology.

It's all about chevron. So I used a stamp set of chevrons and  stamped it twice, one in purple and one in yellow. 

Es sobre chevron. Usé un set de sellos que tengo de chevron y lo puse dos veces, una en morado y otra en amarillo.

Then I added some sequins and the sentiment.

Luego puse unas lentejuelas y el mensaje.

A crafty gift - Painted cups

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I don't have a card. I made a few cups for my family on Christmas as gifts. I painted them with markers to personalize them.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy no tengo una tarjeta. Hice unas cuantas tazas para mi familia como regalo de Navidad. Las pinté decorándolas con rotuladores para personalizarlas.

                                       

I made some of them with the letters of their names and others with doodlings.

En algunas tazas dibujé las letras de sus nombres y en otras hice algunos dibujos.







I used special markers to draw the letters.

Utilicé rotuladores especiales para dibujar las letras.

                            


                             

                                                        

Then I put the cups in the oven and let the ink set.

Luego puse las tazas en el horno para que la tinta se fijara.

And finally I wrapped the cups to give them as presents for my family.

Y por último envolví las tazas para regalarselas a mi familia.

Green masculine card with trees and birds

Hello and welcome to my blog. The card I have today is the one I made for my father on Father's Day.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. La tarjeta de hoy es la que regalé a mi padre el día del Padre.

I used a piece of a nice patterned paper with trees and birds. I cut a circle from a different patterned paper and cut it in half. I embossed the sentiment in gold.

Utilicé un bonito papel decorado con árboles y pájaros. Corté un círculo de otro papel y lo corté por la mitad. Luego utilicé polvos de embossing dorados.

Then I put a piece of twine round the card and made a knot. And that was all. See you next time.

Luego le puse un trozo de cuerda con un nudo alrededor de la tarjeta. Y eso es todo. Hasta la próxima.

Masculine card for father's day

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a card I made for my husband for father's day. My son signed it as well ;-)

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Esta es la tarjeta que hice para mi marido el día del padre. Mi hijo la firmó también ;-)

I just used a piece of patterned paper trimmed diagonally and a stripe of glitter paper. Then I added some sequins and the sentiment.

Es un trozo de papel decorado cortado diagonalmente y una tira de papel plateado brillante. Luego le añadí algunas lentejuelas y el mensaje.

Spring flower

Hello and welcome to my blog. I am participating in a challenge today. It is My Time to Craft challenge. Maybe I am using this card to give it to my mother in law on her birthday.

I followed the sketch for the challenge using two different patterned papers in the background. Then I added a circle, a banner and a big flower.

Seguí el sketch del reto usando dos papeles decorados diferentes para el fondo. Luego añadí un círculo, una etiqueta y una gran flor.

Male Birthday celebration card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a male card I made for my brother in law's birthday. It's very simple but I like the combination of colours.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy tengo la tarjeta que hice para el cumpleaños de mi cuñado. Es muy sencilla pero me gusta la combinación de colores.

I just stamped red dots on a piece of cardstock, added another piece of patterned paper with white dots, and cut them diagonally. Then I added a tag with the sentiment.

Usé un sello con puntitos para estampar un trozo de cartulina, puse un papel decorado con puntitos blancos y los corté diagonalmente. Luego añadí una etiqueta con la palabra genial.
