Masculine birthday card

Hello and welcome to my blog. The card I have today is one I made to my brother for his birthday.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. La tarjeta de hoy es la que le hice a mi hermano para su cumpleaños.

I used different patterned papers and a circle coloured with distressed inks.

Utilicé diferentes papeles decorados y un círculo coloreado con tintas distressed.

Spring flowers and smooshing

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a card I made for my sister on her birthday. It is very fresh and I like the embossed flowers on the back.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy tengo una tarjeta que le hice a mi hermana para su cumpleaños. Me parece muy fresca y me gustan mucho las flores que hay en la base de la tarjeta.

I used pink and black patterned papers to add a little bit of interest on the left side of the card. I embossed the flowers with white embossing powder and then I used distressed inks for the background colours.

Utilicé papeles decorados rosa y negro para añadir algo de interés a la parte izquierda. Estampé las flores para el fondo con polvos blancos sobre fondo blanco, y luego le añadí tintas distressed en los colores que se ven.  

Then I splashed a bit of Heidi Swapp gold shine on the card.

Luego utilicé Heidi Swapp gold shine para darle brillo.

A funny birthday card

A different shaker card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a card I made for my mother's birthday. It's a shaker card. I also participate in the challenge by "Just Us Girls".

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy tengo una tarjeta que hice para el cumpleaños de mi madre. Es una shaker card. También participo con ella en el reto de "Just Us Girls".

The difference between this and other shaker cards I have made is that the shaker is in the front part of the card but there is a plastic on both sides of it, so you can look through it and see what is behind it, inside the card.

La diferencia con otras tarjetas shaker que he hecho es que el shaker está en la parte de delante, pero hay plástico en los dos lados, así que se puede ver a través de él lo que hay en la parte de debajo, dentro de la tarjeta.

I enjoyed a lot making this card. And the result is very cute and original.

Lo pasé bien haciedo esta tarjeta. Y el resultado es muy chulo.

Flowers and pink

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a happy card. It is made with flowers and stripes, all in pink. I am participating in a challenge with this card.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy tengo una tarjeta feliz. Está hecha con flores y rayas, todas rosas. Con ella participo en un reto.

I used two different patterned papers and a ribbon. I added a little white heart, and that's all.

Utilicé dos tipos diferentes de papel decorado y un lazo. Puse un pequeño corazón blanco y eso es todo.

Birthday card with popies

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a card I made for a birthday using popies.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy tengo una tarjeta que hice para un cumpleaños usando amapolas.

I used an embossing folder to emboss the background. Then I used the popies and leaves stamps and cut them out. With a stripe of vellum, I wrote the sentiment. And finally I glued two red sequins.

Utilicé una carpeta de embossing para hacer el fondo con pasta de embossing blanca. Luego usé los sellos de amapolas y las hojas y los recorté. Con una tira de papel cebolla puse el mensaje de felicitación, y añadí unas lentejuelas rojas.

Happy Birthday card

Hello and welcome to my blog. The card I have for today is a very fresh and happy one. It is the card I made for a birthday.

Hola y bienvenidos a mi blog. La tarjeta que tengo para hoy es una tarjeta fresca y alegre. Esta la hice para un cumpleaños.

I used gelatos to paint the background. Then I used embossing paste to make the hearts. I put a black and white paper in the bottom part. I wrote the word and embossed it in vellum, and added a bow.

Usé gelatos para pintar el fondo. Luego usé pasta de embossing para hacer los corazones. Puse un papel blanco y negro en la parte de abajo. Escribí la palabra y puse polvos de embossing en una tira de papel cebolla, y añadí una lazada.
